Damian's company is called Avanti and he is a very thorough and knowledgeable computer technician.
He is also very friendly, helpful and polite.
On at least 2 occasions in the past he has successfully repaired my 84 year old mother-in-law's very old Windows 7 Laptop.
Now that Microsoft is no longer supporting Windows 7 I asked Damian to recommend a new laptop which would be suitable to purchase for Daphne.
Today Damian has installed a new HP Laptop and set it up to be as easy for her to use as her old one.
We are extremely satisfied, pleased and happy with all aspects of Damian's advice and work.
